This includes an initial fitness and Train & Burn assessment to track your results, Foundations session to Train & Burn training which is 3 sessions over one week that focus on core movements that we do here at TRAIN & BURN. The movements and techniques you’ll perform, however, are sometimes complex and require a bit of learning. For your safety, each and every new member must complete Foundations class prior to joining, giving you the confidence and knowledge you need.  In addition, you get 3 training sessions. Classes kept small in order to give each person plenty of individual attention.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Personal training done in a group of 1-4 people, where you actually get coached by our certified coaches giving you the personal training touch and attention you need. All fitness levels are welcome. This is an awesome environment for people like you and trying to reach the same goal.

BURN HIIT BOOTCAMP

GROUP FITNESS CLASS

Burn Strength Training is 45 min CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, CORE WORK and ROPE TRAINING for both NEW clients or the seasoned vet. This 8 person small group PT class is your opportunity to show yourself what you can do.  Unlike the big group boot camp experience, you actually get coached by our certified coaches giving you the personal training touch and attention you need. All fitness levels are welcome. This is a awesome environment with people like you and trying to reach the same goal. Expect workouts from this BURN class to include push, pull and squat based exercises.  The basics, turned up a notch.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

GROUP FITNESS CLASS

Suspension training was developed for the NAVY Seals to enhance performance and surpass fitness plateaus. These iconic yellow and black suspension straps hang in TRAIN & BURN, and that’s where you will be doing all your work.  Anything can and will happen in this sweaty one-hour boot camp mix of cardio, TRX resistance training and flexibility. The only guarantee for what’s gonna happen here is that you will leave soaking wet. TRX utilizes the element of body weight as resistance. Keep your core tight and your hips tucked as you hang from your arms or feet, pushing the floor away with you with perfect balance and perfect form.
